My primary goal is to collaborate with like-minded people to thoughtfully conserve vital places.

Current and recent projects are our family foundation, the creation of artist residencies, photography and conservation work in the lichen world, and various design projects that bring history and people together.

I live in the Sierra foothills of Northern California with my lovely family, and also spend lots of time on projects and with extended family in New England and the Deep South.
